ABOUT THE DESIGNER

A native Australian, Jodie moved to London in her twenties where she worked as a corporate lawyer and communications consultant. On the side, she remodeled her own houses which were strongly influenced by her international travel,  particularly in France and Belgium,  and love of mixing modern pieces with antiques.  On most weekends, she could be found  at brocantes and flea markets in France, looking for the ‘right’ piece.

In 2011 she moved with her husband and three children to Santa Monica, electing to focus on her family and to enjoy the sunshine. She was soon asked to help a number of clients with private residential projects, and before long, Jodie Neve Design was established.

With a growing list of clients in California and Park City  (where she spends part of the year),  her style employs a blend of vintage,  contemporary and bespoke pieces from a variety  of periods and countries. Her style is heavily influenced by European layering, clever use of architectural space, as well an understanding that a home is to be lived in and loved.
